Your guides, purchase and information

Free library access

Sign in with your email to preview the first two pages of each guide. All ten Getting started guides are free, plus five different full guides of your choice from the other categories. Previews and repeat downloads do not reduce your allowance. The allowance applies to your email account, not separately to each device. A download is counted when we authorise and start returning the full PDF; we cannot tell whether your browser finishes saving it. If a download fails, contact us for help.

The EUR 9.99 purchase

You receive Small Business AI, Made Clear as one 194-page PDF, plus the llms.txt and Google Search Console/sitemaps bonus guides. Access to the current 52 individual guides is included. The price is €9.99 in total, including any applicable tax. It is a one-off purchase, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Future publications and personal consultancy are not included.

Stripe processes payment. After confirmed payment, sign in with the same email to download and save your files. A PDF reader is required. You may use the material and adapt the prompts for your own business. Purchase does not grant resale or redistribution rights. The book and guides provide general guidance and examples, not a promise of results or a substitute for advice suited to your circumstances.

Problems, cancellation and customer rights

For a missing file, duplicate charge, faulty download or refund request, email help@canariesai.com from your purchase email. Include your order reference and describe the issue; do not send card details. We will check the purchase and help you access the files or resolve the request. These terms do not exclude applicable withdrawal, refund or other statutory rights. Where a 14-day withdrawal right applies, you can tell us within 14 days of purchase that you wish to cancel. We do not ask you to waive that right merely to access the downloads.

Your email and library records

Sue Berry, trading as Canaries AI, is responsible for the library information. We use your email, sign-in requests, session and requested-guide records to provide access, protect the account and apply the free allowance. Purchase records associate confirmed payment with your account. Stripe handles card data; this website does not collect your card number.

Cloudflare hosts the website, private PDFs and library database. Fastmail provides transactional sign-in and purchase emails. The follow-up email series is not currently active. Signing in or purchasing does not subscribe you to marketing.

Cookies and retention

A necessary sign-in cookie lasts up to 30 days, unless you sign out. Sign-in links expire after 15 minutes. We store hashes rather than reusable sign-in tokens, and an IP hash is used to limit repeated email requests. Expired sign-in and session records are cleared by our scheduled maintenance. We keep account and guide-access records while needed to provide your library access; purchase and support information may be retained where required for accounting, resolving a dispute or other legal obligations.

Your choices

Contact help@canariesai.com to request access, correction, deletion, an export or help exercising your data-protection rights. We may need to verify account ownership. We will explain any information that must be retained. You can also complain to the relevant data-protection authority; in Spain this is the AEPD. Essential transactional emails are separate from any optional future marketing choice.
