Pilot privacy and terms

Draft for owner review. Not approved for public customer launch. The free review defaults to disabled until the operator details, retention policy, providers and terms are approved.

What a review does

A small sample of public website HTML is inspected. Only request a review with appropriate permission. No live forms are submitted. Results are limited to the stated methods and date; they do not guarantee rankings, AI citations, business results or full accessibility compliance.

Your information

The requested URL, report, email and separate consent records support the requested review and private delivery. Private report access expires. Email delivery is transactional; marketing permission is optional and is not automatically sent to an external list.

Owner decisions still required

The data controller’s full identity, applicable terms, approved retention/deletion schedule, subprocessor disclosures and suppression/export procedures must be confirmed before public activation. Public website text may contain personal information; collect only what is needed and do not submit sensitive customer records.
