What you receive

A one-page business website based on your chosen design, hosting and one initial in-depth business research report. Additional in-depth reports cost 9.99 each in your selected currency and are ordered separately. Initial orders are fulfilled personally while automation is being completed. We contact you at the email supplied with your order to arrange the next steps.

Price and billing

The subscription is 19.99 per month or 199 per year in your chosen GBP, EUR or USD currency. Advertised prices are final customer totals including applicable tax. The subscription renews at the selected interval until cancelled. Domain registration and any ChatGPT subscription are separate purchases.

Setup choices

Self setup comes with instructions: 24.99 once for monthly subscribers, included for annual subscribers. Done-for-you setup replaces that charge at 65 once for monthly subscribers or 55 once for annual subscribers. It covers a separate Cloudflare account, domain and ChatGPT connection, taking up to five days after the necessary access and approvals are available. You keep your account logins. We do not ask you to send passwords through the order form.

Personalising your website

You provide and approve your own wording and images. Use only material you have permission to publish. Connected ChatGPT editing will probably need Go or higher, purchased separately; connection availability varies by account. Account and domain connections are arranged with you personally.

Cancellation and help

Contact help@canariesai.com from your order email to request cancellation, billing help, a refund review or a copy of your website files. We will confirm your identity and explain the next steps before changing your service. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless otherwise agreed. Please contact us before that period ends to arrange export or transfer. Refund requests are reviewed individually; these terms do not limit any applicable customer rights.

Your order information

We use your name, email, design choice and account/domain preferences to administer your order and deliver the service. Stripe processes payment details; card details are not collected by our website. Cloudflare hosts the website and order records. We do not automatically subscribe purchasers to marketing. Contact help@canariesai.com for access, correction or deletion requests. A full review-service privacy notice is separate; the free Snapshot is not activated by purchasing a website.
